I am researching the forum to set up some ghost accounts. One question though. I use a VPN, which I believe changes my IP address every time I log in. Is that okay or do I need to have to a Static IP address on the VPN for bypassing eBay and PayPal with a ghost account?

yes you need a dedicated (static) and fresh (unique that has not been used for another account) IP.
There are VPM providers that give that.

It'll need to be static and fresh.
If you're getting a different IP each time, its not static, and its most definitely not fresh (so potentially abused).

provider NO*DVPN give ... only ONE STATIC IP for ONE ACCOUNT VPN ...
