Using 2checkout to process payments
 

Hello. Does anyone knows if I may be able to use 2checkout on my website if I am not a registered company. Just as an individual.

I am trying to scale my business and not wanting to use PayPal or perhaps not depending on it alone.

This is an old topic but I am also looking for this information. As far as I am aware, you don't need to register a company and can sell as an individual. If you are concerned about what name buyers will see in their statement then according to 2Checkout:

Payments made via 2Checkout will show up on the customer’s statement as 2co.com*MerchantName, where “MerchantName” is your Commercial Name at 2Checkout. You are able to update the current account statement from Account settings.

But I am not sure about this so looking for confirmation.
