Re-using an aged stealth account

Got an aged stealth eBay/PP a good few years old.
Not sold on eBay for a long while but PP in regular use each month taking payments through site.
Looking at now getting back to eBay selling.
With it being such an aged account would it be safe to start selling many items or would I need to build it up?
