pre 07 account

I have just managed to get hold of a pre 07 account, all i need to know is can the paypal account name be different to the ebay account when i set the paypal account up.

No. Names should match.

if for some reason u cant get matching names make sure one is male and one is female and if ebay or paypal ?'s u why the names dont match u can say that persons your spouse. ;)

is your pre 07 account okay? I found one today. should i add a papal to it or merchant account? or both?
