Hi, im newbie here and looking to buy a UK ebay stealth account..I have looked in the marketplace,but i dont know which one is legit...

All sellers you see in the marketplace are legit. You have to be "vetted" to sell anything here.
And by the way, you wouldn't need this thread if you had bothered to read their reviews.
One last tip. Don't waste money buying an account if you haven't read the stealth book or at least know how to use a stealth account properly. Many new members wreck their newly purchased account and blame it on the seller.

Overpriced? You clearly have no idea how much account sellers have to pay in fees to sell on this forum.

If you don’t want to buy one but want an account that just leaves one option which is to make one yourself. The stealth guide will help walk you through the entire process

Making one yourself is cheapest, but also the hardest work trying to learn it all and source vcc's etc

Buying an account is more expensive, but more convenient and you get the help of the seller with any questions or issues.

i havent read the stealth book, i dont have money to pay for it im so tight on my budget..
anybody can give me some ideas,guides how to make it myself,getting new name,address ,pp ?i only read some information but i dont know the whole procedures and precautions.. your help is much appreciated..
