Issue with other seller
 

This other seller literally has taken most of my listings and keeps making the price lower . Everyone I adjust they adjust. Is there anyway to block or get rid of this seller ...

Not really.

Find a new niche?

Find a supplier that offers a better price?

Offer something better to customers so they choose to pay the premium and go with you?

You just need to figure out a way to work around it.

There isnt much you can do about it other then really try to focus on providing great customer service and looking for other items to sell

Could it be you're using the same supplier? I complained to my supplier a rival was downpricing me and I'd have to stop buying. The supplier told my rival to stop of not do anymore business with them. We both agreed the seller should sell us seperate styles. ( I sell clothes).

That's a pretty cool outcome!

I imagine the expectation and not the rule for the most part though

Sure money talks I guess. It depends on how much your supplier values your business. My supplier took a dim view of rivals outpricing each other as it lowers their sales ultimately. I threatened to discontinue business with my supplier unless she gives me different styles to my rivals, or force aggressive rivals to raise their prices to a realistic amount. My supplier told my rival she's discontinue business with them if they continued to try to outprice me.
