Passing PP european limits vero
 

Created 3 stealth pp and eb acc's, reached euro limits on 1 of the acc's, submitted high quality creative, it passed pp vero, all good
Now reached euro limit with the second one, submitted high quality creative, got suspended...
Not far away from reaching the limits with the 3rd one, will try submitting creative but do not have a lot of hope with it. Looks like pp are doing much deeper checks now.
My question would be this:
With pp's strict vero system in place is there any way of creating few stealth acc's which would pass their checks once I reach euro limit?
Is there a database with real names, adresses I could use? How do you guys overcome this?

What are you talking about when referring to paypals vero system?

You won't always pass the Eu limit. Some accounts will fail, that's inevitable.

The quality of the info you provide matters, and the activity on the account.

The activity in the account- genuine low value and risk ebay sales, 100% positive feedback.
I want to fool proof my future pp stealth accounts and maximise the eu limit pass rate when the time comes as it's my main problem at the moment.
To do that do I create new acc's with names, birtdays and addresses (real existing ones) out of thin air or is there a better way of coming up with all the info?

You're just not going to be able to guarantee passing this limit. Even real accounts with real info submitted can be rejected.

To maximise passing it, use aged accounts and only sell low risk items.

When creating acc. Should I use random name surname bday and addr. Or is there a better way for initial start?
