Beside Transferwise, Revolut and Payoneer...

Are there any other UK Banks that Accept Passport ID To open an account "Similar application to Transferwise" to use for a UK Paypal?

Cheap and 5k max balance. The odd time they'll ask for source of funds but usually can still withdraw until get emailed again.Then i just disappear and get a new account.

So its a max of 5.000ukp so can you have more than one account with different names ? because what happens when you reach the 5,000

No you get one account.
You can pay upto 30k in a 12 month period but 5k at any one time.
