Hi,if i use mobile phone with new ip address and the old ebay app still there, can i still use the app or do i have to uninstall first before using?and if i use dongle for laptop and using phone too ,both of them will be having different ip addresses and wont flagged my account?

different LTE/mobile IP will not flag your account, but do not use 2 IPs and 2 devices with 1 account at the same time.. 2 devices same ip same time is ok

when using 2 accounts, 2 devices 2 IPs is the way to go (at the same time)

also keep in mind that you can easily use USB tethering to the laptop to use your SIM card for more than one account.

also, delete the app if you use USB tethering

(Flight mode on, wait 10 sec, flight mode off = new IP)

can i do the usb tethering from laptop even if im using dongle?sorry for my question i never done tethering before.

well.. yes you can, but it would be of no benefit without using a vm and passing the dongle to VM1 and the phone to VM2

Sorry I didn't get what you mean.. Everything is new from me.. ��
So let's say I just reset my WiFi router for 5-10mins . It will change the ip address right? Is that fine to do and use for both mobile and laptop if using stealth acct?
Or even I use vpn pay monthly, is that fine with stealth account, it won't flagged my account?

router reset = new IP, correct in most cases, be sure to check on whoer.net or myip.com if your ip really changes!
on my router i have to change the mac address for example to get a new ip

Yes that works, as long as you keep the right order:
Reset router, log ip in a spreadsheet with account name, switch to Browser profile 1, log in to ebay pp mail, do your thing, close browser, reset router, log ip to spreadsheet, switch browser profile 2, log in with account set 2, etc

Browser profile = FF portable/chrome "manage users" profile/ sphere browser

VPN is not good, as it is no trusted IP. your accounts run a much higher risk of getting limited. better use your Router Reset method or a SIM card/Dongle
