If and when I manage to get a new eBay account will I get caught out if I start selling the same things I sold when I got banned?

I mainly sell books but also some nose studs and DVD's.

Do I have to stear clear of these items and go and find something else to sell?

You can sell the same products. Just make sure you start selling slowly. Use different pictures and listings though.

What was the reason for being suspended?

Too many unhappy customers because of slow delivery!

I think it was all down to my DSR scores which were about 4.4 for dispatch time.

Everything else was OK to be honest.

I had well 10,000 happy customers so I thought I was safe.

You should be fine since VERO isn't involved at all. Just keep those DSR's up.
