How much can I send to another account ?
 

I have a full verified PayPal account. I want to send a full refund to a buyer but I don't have enough money in my account balance. The rest of the money is in my bank account. I want to refund it using my debit card, but PayPal won't allow me to do that. Which makes no sense? The only other way I can do it is if I send the money from my account to other PayPal account. But I’m worried if it would get put on hold on the other new account that I’ll open. Does anybody know if it would be ok to open another account which is not verified and then send the money to this new account and then send it back to my account which is verified? The amount is around £450.

Just do the refund, the funds that you lack will be withdrawn from your bank account.

I have'nt comfirmed the bank account .....would this be a problem..or can I depoist them little pennys to confirm and send the refund right away?

yes its a problem ,you can do dposits but it takes up to 5 days

Is it possible to open another paypal account in my name. and then use my debit card to send the money to my account that's fully verified? so that I can issue a refund ?

no, paypal can only transfer from one paypal to another or bank attached

I don't understand what your saying? It is from one account to another. The money would be sent via Send Money to other paypal user and using a debit card.

If you don't want test/mess up something that you never done with your paypal account before, then first try get an agreement with buyer, say something nice, tell him you can refund through a money order, cashier check... just another form of refund. some people do accept this way.

Yeh but I don't won't him to try and make a cliam even thou after I've paid.

Send an email to ask permission to wait a few more days, call him if you can. Take a few screenshots of the bank transfer to paypal (erase off important info), then email to the buyer as a proof.
