VCC linked to another PayPal account
 

Hello there,

I bought a VCC from a service provider, to verify a stealth UK PayPal

Tried to add it and I got this message:

"This card is linked to another PayPal account. Please remove the card from the other account or try a different payment method"

Apart from the obvious that I cannot use that card... does the fact that I tried to add it, linked my PayPal with the other PayPal ??

Better get in touch with the service provider - perhaps a slip up on his/her end? Provided the same VCC to others....possibly

yes I guess this "might" happen.
but I am worried about linking of paypals since I have no experience about this situation.

I wouldn't worry about it. Doubtful anything will happen.

I've done the same accidentally and nothing ever came of it.

I doubt it. After all it could jsut be a miss-typed card number or bank account that happened to match another account. So unlikely

If it's a new account, i'd leave it and make another.

If it's one you've already been using, just take the advice above. But in future just make sure to spend a little more and buy a reputable long lasting VCC for such accounts - so you dont encounter issues like this. :)
