PayPal Limited asking for invoices
 

Had PayPal limited. Missed a call from them and left a voicemail explaining they wanted some invoices as sales volumes have increased.

As only asking for invoices is it a regular limitation or a more sinister one?

My items are authentic, they aren't sort of items to be at risks of ⊗⊗⊗⊗, I have had a few returns lately (4-5), eBay is TRS.

I uploaded invoices and called them and they said back office will look at it.

Is that normal? How long do these reviews take normally?

Quite unusual for them not to ask for photo ID and address proof at the same time but it's not unheard of. Review time is normally well within 48 hours.

I already gave them photo ID when I lifted the EU limits.

That doesnt stop them asking for it again.

Like I said, the fact they only asked for invoices is unusual but not unheard of.

Yep, I've had them ask for just invoices and receipts before on some paypals.

I generally find it's hard to get past the limitation where they just want that information. Only had very minor success in getting past when they just ask for those things. It's always when the account has made about 25-30k of withdrawals that it seems to happen to me so I'm always wary when the account gets near that stage.

That's normal in my case. They always asked for ID, Proof of Delivery ( just simply give the tracking details), proof of address, and Invoices. 99% of the time, i got my accounts restored in less 24 hours. Just only got 1 not restored due to me being careless of the submitted docs.
