Buyer can not pay my product on ebay.com
 
I am using UK ebay listing on ebay.com ( ebay US )
but buyer said they can not pay for the item.
Are anyway for me the fix this issue ?

Make sure you have the correct currency available on paypal, i.e GBP or USD both available.

Temporary fix might be to get their e-mail and invoice via pp

The issue is likely to be that the buyer is paying in USD and your PayPal only supports GBP.

Go into PayPal, and add USD currency to your account. A quick google search will show you how.

Then ask the buyer to try paying again.
