withdrew to uaccount from a 180 day limited account
uaccount tells me 2 days later that my limits have exceeded

they also say no timescale, is the money lost?

they said i exceeded them. so they need to refund the payment back to paypal, but give no timescale. suprised nobody else has had this issue

i wonder if they'll even refund them

Uaccount aren't the best by a long shot. Many people have had their funds held for long periods of time and it can be very difficult to retrieve them.

ive read up and saw this, but it seems to be for people who was restricted on their uaccount.
im struggling to see anyone who's in my situation
so far they said they contacted their finance office and they have given me a reference number, but no timescale... which i dont like

Its been 3 month i am waiting for refund. all they saying, they cant refund it automatically as its came from Paypal.So they will do it manually but cant give any specific date for refund.

After reading about myriads of troubles with Uaccount, I'll personally never use it to cash out from PayPal.
I have a ton of it but I'll reserve them for the sole purpose of strengthening PayPal accounts.

No it is not lost. I have had that happen, Took around 3 month. You have to keep going on live chat and reminding them. They will refund the money back to paypal.

I have been waiting for 7 months for refund.

they said same thing to me that i exceeded the amount but when i did my math there was a huge difference and when i asked them when your limit cycle starts they said we dont know:clap::clap::clap:

UAccount is a nightmare....

Trust me Guys Avoid Uaccount at all cost
its good to just link and verify the account other than this its a crap:surrender::surrender:

UAccount definitely not recommended for the long term. They closed my account last year after asking for help from their support to track down a missing Amazon payment. Nosy staff member said that she reviewed my account and determined I was receiving funds as a business and gave me notice that my account will be closed. They did allow me to transfer all my remaining balance to another bank during my closure period, but they immediately stopped me from receiving new payments.

As for the missing Amazon funds, that was actually due to Amazon disbursements being messed up and failing, so money was not actually sent in the first place and eventually returned to my Amazon balance.

Makes me wonder if I would still have my account with them if I never contacted their support in the first place...

still in limbo for a £800 payment, contacted ombudsman...

now they wont reply

now uaccount saying it was a BACs payment, not a FPID.
paypal are asking for FPID but obv cant give them it... ugh

uaccount are in adminstration. Supposedly 'a management / ownership shakeup'.

Also on the Uaccount online statment balances have been moved to 'WDCS' which is wirecard card solutions ltd who issue the cards.

thanks for the info, i use my uaccount card to travel with stagecoach (contactless) but since around a month ago the card is declined, although never had a problem anywhere else,

I've contacted the financial ombudsman .. still awaiting an outcome since march. Funny that account had £1200+ yet another account which had around £2 in was allowed to transfer the money out after the limit because "its a lot of administration work" before they closed the account.

So they'll happily keep big amounts but not interested in small amount. Also full of ⊗⊗⊗⊗ reviews on tripadvisors

use uaccount at your own risk and don't send large amounts of money from Paypal to them try and get the cash or to spend it on ebay
