Calling PayPal with a number that its not connected to the account

Is it possible to do that in case of suspension or if they ask to?
if not then do you know any VOIP that is pay as you go or a Cheap VoiP?
Also is it possible to receive SMS with Rebtel?
and I can't purchase a SIM from ebay/other places so forget about this option

You can call in and speak to ebay or paypal from any number, it does not have to be the one registered to the account. (thought they sometimes ask you to receive a txt to the number on file, whilst on the phone)

You can call in from any number. Just make sure its not a number associated with another PayPal account.
