Buying on ebay with stealth account
 
Is it safe to buy goods on ebay with a stealth account using the click and collect option? also would ID be required?

Yes it's safe. No ID is required just the collection code. If they did happen to ask you just say you are collecting for a house mate, work colleague, friend etc. But I know they won't ask ... tried several collection points, they never ask.

It is fine. Just try and avoid ordering at local shops as in my experience they ask for ID sometimes. Use high street shops such as Argos they never ask for ID.

Risky to do so. Genuinely collecting for a friend once and Argos rang eBay.
Argos / Sainsbury's never ask me for ID so I always assume the name on the stealth account.

Can confirm the click and collect option worked perfect to a local newsagents, didn't even ask for ID.

What did they say to eBay? It says on the eBay website that anyone can pick up the delivery.
