I'm not located in UK, is there some mobile operator that offers online purchase of a sim card and delivery it outside the UK?

Ok, month a half later and this has been resolved. I have purchased new sim from Vodafone UK (pay as you go) throe eBay. When the sim arrived I have top-up online with credit and the card has been activated in roaming without any problems.

At first there where issues with receiving calls and messages (no problems with outgoing), but after few chats with Vodafone technical support the issue has been resolved and with that the number has been successfully verified on PP.

If you need more help about activating and setting the sim don't hesitate to ask in this thread.

I'm using silent circle (silent phone) https://www.silentcircle.com/ , $2 USD is the UK phone number, and you can receive calls/SMS's but you receive the SMS as a voice message which is not a problem.

Using these apps will most likely cause suspension as the numbers are most likely recycled.

If you cant get hold a UK phone number, because you're outside of the UK, best to see here if anyone is offering such service.

Buy EE sim card, sold on ebay for 1 pound, can use worldwide. Works with ebay and paypal and anything where you like to receive sms.
