eBay new accounts suspension
 

Hello all, I’ve purchased about 6 fresh stealth accounts from a reputable seller away from Aspkin, I’ve used this guy for about 3 years in purchasing a total of 15 or so accounts, of all have been successful

Excluding the ones I have purchased now, I’ve done the standard procedure as always - build cookies watch items for about 2/3 weeks

For one account even as I was viewing and building cookies, boom suspension

And for all the rest it was suspension soon after listing a used / unbranded household item

The strange part is this is normal some what as eBay need verification

However, now they are asking for proof of ID and proof of address straight away without listing or even listing unbranded low risk items

It’s a disaster to say the least, seriously feels like they’re cracking down on us stealthiers

During my previous years it was nothing at all like this - my current set up is roughly 10 accounts on 4 different computers with dongles

I don’t think there is a flaw in my set up as I space the use of these account 2 at once about 3/4x a day, waiting a hour or so to be extra careful that IPs are changed

So Yh any help on this, is any one else facing the same problem

Fortunately the company I’m purchasing of are quite fair and reasonable so they should replace these accounts

But it’s become quite wild west on eBay to say the least

Posts like this make me feel like there is no hope for longevity in stealthing.

I think once I have shifted my stock via stealth accounts I will be closing up my ebay business for good. Time to start focusing on other ventures in life.

Probably best you discuss your issues with the company that's supplying you the accounts. This is certainly not the "norm".

Listing an item and then getting hit with an ID request is something that can happen. It should be a one off though and not regular. If it’s happening for all your accounts then something is wrong either in the creation method or how your running the accounts.

First thing I would look at is the IP address you are using. That is the cause 9 times out of 10. If that isn’t an issue then it’s most likely an account creation method

Okay how about getting suspended for just viewing items and watching them to build cookies

And bare in mind these are 10k/ month business eBay accounts

Not really... just because your having issues it doesn’t mean that. For a lot of people it’s flurishing

First thing to look at is the IP your using

If it’s not that then the second thing to look at is how the accounts are being created.

Lastly I’d like to ask

After all these new accounts got suspended

My all most year old account has been suspended but again that is 1 Feedback with few transactions account

Could this be linking

Or verification as eBay normally wants, they asked me for ID on this account

I can’t return this account to the seller as it’s been a year plus whereas the others are newly purchased

Its definitely an issue with you and how you are operating.

I have one customer this repeatedly happens to, they don't build cookies, are on a vps and list items right away. Send in the relevant information and its lifted most of the time.


This very rarely happens if everything is done properly.

A lot of the times though I see new 2019 accounts selling branded vero funky goods and going strong by doing so

Not luck no, usually a lot of experience and understanding how eBay works.

There can sometimes be an element of luck involved yes, but if you set the account up and run it in a smart way you need don’t need to get that lucky.

Even if what I was saying in my original post is true you guys would obviously disagree as it’ll hurt your business if it was true

And with all due respect we’re only operating on eBay

Its not like we’re hacking in to NASA database or something

Apparently they’ve named the amazon side “ghost”

We’re on the safer side better to be stealth than a ghost I suppose

If what you said was true, people would just stop buying accounts and give it up.

We only know so much because we deal with stuff like this all the time. When someone comes along and posts there tiny little experience then tries applying it to EVERYONE, of course we have to set the record straight.

If something like this was happening and happening a lot you would see a lot of threads and posts about it. So long as you create and then run the account well the only thing that causes issues are poor customer service and selling things you shouldnt on eBay.

Yep that is right.... but that doesnt mean you shoudlnt look over how your running the accounts.

Don’t worry if anything does happen to eBay stealth

The idea is to make a movie like “London is falling”

But we’re gonna call it “eBay Stealth is falling”

James mate your gonna be the main movie star

The rest of you guys need to get cameras etc to record, sure you’ll find a good listing on eBay somewhere

And in this way future generations will know about our expertise in the stealthing game
