So, after lots of thinking about what totally new range of stock to start selling, I have decided to enter the baby clothes and accessories area.

My sister being pregnant and seeing how much she was spending on clothes that he will wear for a few weeks made me think about it, and I have found a supplier with pretty good margins.

Only thing is, I have always avoided the clothes area (womens especially, as this seems to be the biggest problem area with -feedback and general women scammers!)

Baby clothes will be a small area to start, moving onto Prams and Larger items once I have mabe 150 feedback, coped with limitations etc.

Now, I am going to do a first for any of my accounts, I am going to include a return label to a PO BOX. So any customers not totally happy can pop it in a post box and send it back, for a total refund.

What advice can anyone give when dealing with these hormonal women? Cute packaging, pretty notes inside rather than boring receipts/invoice?

Oh yeah, little extras to make them feel special: that extra mile for them.
These birds have a network so if you give them good service they tell their friends who then buy from you.:peace:

Be careful though that the gear is sound: CAREFULLY & I mean carefully check the items are well made. Say to yourself would my baby wear it? You know the story... good enough for the getaroundebay great for them;)

Ive not noticed great margins unless it was branded stuff, and prams hmm the postage and returns, not trying to put you off if youve done your sums great...although I wish Id bought shares in Mothercare - they are soaring!

and as for hormones, unless you were joking! no, you dont change or lose your mind just because you are pregnant, you just cant see or reach your toes to paint them..
