paypal for ltd
 

hi
i have stealth account for paypal and ebay . that's boath working ok.
i am now self employed , want move no to ltd company.

Problem is i have to add paypal account like bank account for proper accounting.

My accountant have to do bilans every 3 months. i have to provide my name bank details and paypal. if paypal is not on.my name and different address can i continue my paypal account to avoid any trouble vith HMRC?
any help

Not sure what bilans are meant to be?

Just make the PayPal account in the name variation and then use your limited company on it

how about address is important for invoicing and VAT should be same address like company address ,

Your sentences don’t make that much sense...

If you do get hit with a VAT request details are going to need to match

Find a different accountant.

Why does your accountant want access to your Paypal account for ?

Mine simply wants statements. Which you can print off from any stealth paypal.

That’s a very good point....

An accountant shouldn’t need to actually go into your PayPal account

Is your accountant using a cloud software package that he wants to link your Paypal too ?

It would help if you can try and explain a little better.
