always get a 10 limit item...
 

Ok guys, just a quickie, I have made about 10 accounts over the last few years since i started visiting here.

Every time i make a new account it is ALWAYS only a 10 item account. I have tried several things, browsing for a week in a virtual machine with a ip address, entropay, buying vanilla gift cards, waiting 6 month before i even list 1 item and always the same.

any ideas how to get a bigger account from scratch?

i do find that after 6 month as soon as you list 1 item then you normally get an upgrade to 30 items within a day or 2.

any more tips?

0/0 or 10/650 is the most common starting limits if setting accounts up the normal way.

Waiting doesn't make a difference to the limits.

so what is the non normal way to set up an account then? ive bought off here and some sellers have 1000 / £10000 accounts ect, how is this possible or do they know someone who works there and manually increases.

Limits can actually start much higher than 1000/£10000 if you know how.

I honestly wouldn't worry about it too much, you can always ask live chat for an increase if you max out your limits in month 1.

10 item is the standard limits that eBay has given for a very long time :)

Just ask for an increase.

I did it on one of my stealths and they upped me to 100 / 3.5k from 10 / 650. This is within 30 days of account creation.

And all listings appear within minutes rather than 12 hours.

The only risk is they may ask for ID. So I haven't bothered doing it on all my stealths.

Getting the High Limits is pretty easy sir. But building up the account to last long is harder.

I found a way but i aint telling you! nor will no-one else,
high limit account is no use for a new account, selling high will only flag,
the only use a new high limit account has is selling the actual account, the approved sellers who sell these high limit accounts put a lot of time in this forum to help others with correct answers

Its very easy to get 1000 items and 10k, but i doubt anyone will reveal the secrets.
Thats the easy part, the hard part is "how well" the account was created.
that's the key.
Anyone can rattle off an ebay account, but like others i know alot of things to "do" first.

If you put your method of account creation maybe i can give you a little help.

Nobody will discuss methods merely because as soon as its abused, it gets patched. It's always been like this.

Best thing to do is spread sales over multiple accounts and grow these accounts gradually.

Requesting limit increases by contacting eBay is possible, but comes with its own risks.

You can do listen to the advice that the guys on here that sell accounts .Maybe if you buy one of them they will help you increase it

Thanks Brad. I have bought off a few sellers in here in the past. Shortly after this post I was pointed in the right direction.

I'm now encounting this problem having created many many accounts over the years and usually get a 1000/£10,000 limit, but now I'm getting the 10/£650.

Obviously I'm using the same methods as always but having this problem since last week. Argh....

That is just the way it is these days im afraid, although they should be 10 / £750

I don't understand why you would want such high limits straight away ? I mean you still have to go slow and establish yourself etc otherwise you risk getting suspended.

10/1000 or even 5/1000 accounts are super standard. That's how it's been going for quite a while now.
