Is it possible to create a random ebay account just for buying with no paypal

I want to do buying where i can use click and collect, is it possible to create an ebay account and pay with any valid credit card i have , yet not having to create a paypal or ebay account with real info?

Yea, you don't need to attach a paypal account to it. You just need a working VCC.
