LTD Business Opening and stealth paypal
 

Hi i have several stealth ebay and paypal UK accounts, i am now going to open a LTD Legit company in my real name

what my question is my name on ebay and paypal is banned for life.

so when i open this business bank account can i open another paypal in my name as this time im opening a business account? or im i better off opening a stealth paypal and send all monies from other accounts to that paypal as services?

Your name isn't banned for life. It's the address. And if you have submitted your passport to them in the past then they have that too.

Address are not banned for life either

Its the name and the DOB that will usually cause linking as they cannot be changed (you can move address, but your name and DOB will always remain the same)

If you choose to attach the Ltd companies bank account to a Paypal, make sure the Paypal you attach it to is strong and will last long term. You don't want to burn the bank account.

how can i ensure its a strong paypal account? i don't think anyone can say their paypal is safe right?

basically i had one paypal account for nearly a year and stupid me i added a bank account onto it and then started withdrawing and i got flagged up they ban me stuck my monies for 180 days.

Also any advice for uk banks i can open with? i hear natwest barclays is good any other you recommend guys?

I'm also curious about limited companies and using stealth.

I have a few stealth e.bay's and several stealth e.tsy's and my other half is pushing me to go ltd for the legal cover it offers us. Can I run my stealths and the accounts side of things through being a limited company? I have a member of the family who trained as an accountant but I don't think he can answer this sort of question for me

If he trained as an accountant, he should be able to.

lol when I say he trained, I don't think he finished or at least he didn't go into accounting.

I have asked him in a more subtle manner by mentioning one of my extra ebay accounts, and with that he's had to go and research. I was hoping someone here would have more experience and information

I run a LTD company and im no expert on it at all.
However, i don't offer advice here, more of a question.

Could you, instead of linking your bank account to PP, link your savings account instead. Then when you withdraw all your funds once per month to your savings, transfer that into your bank account.
Then if your paypal ever goes down, you can shut the savings account down and open a new one, then link that new one to your new pp you create.
Thus allowing your real current account to never be attached to paypal.

Aslong as the "payout" goes into your savings > current account then thats all above board right?

unless im missing something.

I don't do this method, as my payouts to paypal are from Kingquin not transactions from websites/ebay.

As long as the current account and the savings account is clean.

My accountant told me that would be fine. I have a business bank account and my stealths are attached to savings. All money from savings go to the business bank account and they are not contaminated with any personal transactions at all.

it is a good idea to create ltd company to run the business. i think it is not difficult to rent a virtual office address. but how to obtain address proof? as i am non eu.

This sounds good, so basically on stealth il put savings accounts, then il withdraw into savings account and then push all that money to LTD bank account and this will not raise any questions sounds legit.

Hi guys im new here need Urgent help please my paypal and ebay account burned long time ago around 6 years i have no idea if i ever provided them my date of birth or password now the situation is i have ebay and paypal stealth account i was ready to vat register my accountant advised me to open ltd which i did on my name and stupid me i changed the company name on my paypal thought its just formality but then ask me to sign letter of authorisation by a director which i did sign as a director which i am in the company i put my name on letter thought that just name does not matter but then they ask me to tell them shareholder and howmuch first i put my name as 100% shareholder then they asked shareholder date of birth and address i then deleted the shareholder as there was option on paypal and added the stleath account holdername as the 100% shareholder now everything is complete but they sent me an email asking to add director detail in the paypal now i am stuck as im the director my account already suspended everytime i login to paypal notification appears that need to fill information but they dont ask me any information there what to put as the information it shows that already provided however i did receive the email to provide director detail now please suggest me something .my wife ebay suspended but not paypal suggest me something urgent please sorry for long message

Sahar just use your real details. You have no other choice. They will either ban or let you stay.

I am not adding anything just leaving it like this there is no restriction on my account yet only restriction they put is that i cannot close the account so any idea if they put more restriction if i dont add director detail or if it will stay like this for how long also can you tell if i can remove the company detail and go back to just normal personal pp account as it was before

Another question that if i put my wrong date of birth will it cause trouble or if they ask directors passport copy as well??or if i make my wife the directore of the company and add her detaill i director section as her pp never been suspended only ebay
