Hi,

I was wondering what is the appeal or function for Virtual Credit Cards. I see many people not starting an account without one, but I've been able to sell on several stealth accounts for a long time with just a bank account attached.

If you have a bank attached, you don't need to add a card.

If I had to link a bank, does PP need to be under the same name and address same as the bank account if IBAN is being used? As far as I know, there is no Address Verification System (AVS) same as Credit Cards have. Am I correct?
