What VCC does everyone use now for New Stealth on PayPal ?

Upon signing up to Ebay and Paypal they wanted me to add a CC on my paypal account which I added a VCC neteller number.

They then limited my account


Now they want me to confirm everything.


I haven't made a stealth account in years.


What is everyone using as a VCC for PayPal ? I used to use Entropay but that's finished now.
