Unable to pay eBay seller fees System Glitch

Hi - hope someone can help? Ebay monthly sellers fees failed recently on my account due to insufficient funds in PayPal. After adding money to the PayPal account I have attempted to make manual payment via eBay however after entering the amount and PayPal account login details - I’m just being redirected to my PayPal account homepage?? Is this some kind of glitch or anyone else experienced anything similar? Currently stuck and unable to pay - have even tried removing PayPal as automatic payment method and readding the account however hasn’t helped...

1) You may need to set PayPal balance as your primary payment method
2) clear browser cache, cookies, data...etc
3) If this issue still exists then attach a AVS VCC card to your PayPal account

Just run into Morrisons/Sainsburys/Tescos and pick up VCC(s) for this month.

@ZamZam I am having this issue today with one of my stealths. Will have to pay by VCC if it isnt fixed by wednesday.

Were you able to eventually pay on your problematic account ?
