Revealing suspended address in ebay messages OK ?
Right so a customer wants to return a purchase.
I contact them directly outside of ebay via email telling them to send the item back to my actual (non-stealth) address.
They are happy to do this, but reply back in ebay messages rather than the initial email confirming they are sending the item back and write your real name/address that ebay have on their system as suspended within that message.
What are the chances the account will eventually be linked because of that ? or do you think it's fairly safe ? will an ebay bot do a sweep on ebay messages to find suspended contact details ? |
