Is there a way for me as an American citizen to cashout a UK paypal account?

Does payoneer give a UK bank account numbers so I can take the money out?

The only way to directly cash out a UK PayPal is to add a UK bank account number and sort code.

Your only other option is to forward the funds to another account that you have to ability to cash out from

The problem is if it gets banned , you can't send money to another paypal user correct?

Before it's banned I will try to gradually send the money to another paypal user for cashout service.

That’s right, once it’s banned you have to wait 180 and then withdraw to a Uk account.

If you haven’t got access to one I would recommend moving your money slowly now and not using UK accounts

Payoneer won't work anymore.

There are other similar sites thay would work, transfewise is one.

Are you absolutely sure that transferwise works for UK Paypal? It's a virutal bank account and usually those aren't accepted.

Can someone validate this as well.

You can add a US bank account to a U.K. PayPal. Just do that and withdraw directly to the US bank

After researching it looks like one of those things they say you're supposed to be able to do, but that you can only actually do by calling in and getting a rep to add it for you. Just like when you try adding a USA bank account to a CA PP.

If you read the info in the link I just posted, Paypal themselves say you can and there's a poster in that thread who's already done so.

Second this - it's not as easy as way back when you could auto-add USA bank basically. A call will do this but know your account well when calling (e.g. security and identification stuff)

Yes, you can. I did it a few years ago but as James said it requires calling in and having the account manually added.
