Is a bank account a must on Paypal?

Is it a must to add a bank account to paypal?
could I not just add a VCC for verification and use paypal sales funds to make purchases? or pay myself on my own website via paypal?

Any input would be grateful.

Thanks

Still possible on UK accounts, yes.

It isn't relevant to what you asked. I have experience on the platforms of several different countries.

What you're asking about used to be universal worldwide. It used to be recommend on ALL accounts that you accept your first couple of payments before adding a bank account, so you can see if the account will randomly go down before using up one of your bank accounts. It became impossible to do that in US accounts recently because of a policy update, but it's still possible on CA, UK, and every other country's accounts.

It could work. But the primary account receiving all the payments from your stealth accounts may raise a flag depending on the sum of money being sent.

You won't get a firm, definitive answer from anyone. You have to try things yourself to see whether it works or not.

Many things will work "short" term. But in all fairness, relying on ebay or amazon has always been a "short" term business plan anyway, you are relying on another company to drive your business.

The only true way to create income that will last is to establish your own brand, website, identity.

Unfortunately the issue with own website is that, google ads can be a killer on the budget/profit margin, however you are so right.

Long tail keywords, back-links, more long tail keywords and more back-links.
You'd pat yourself on the back one year down the road.
