Mail box virtual address
 

Does anyone use these virtual address or mail box services, are they reliable for setting up a ebay/paypal account or is having a solid address best ?

You don't need a virtual address for stealth, the whole point of stealth is STEALTH.
Virtual mail boxes are for receiving docs etc.
email will do just fine.

I use a virtual mailbox service for a homemade stealth account. Most are run through pack n ship locations which will accept packages (great for customer returns or undeliverables) and simply forward these packages to your real address. This provides an "accessible address" on each account you create, and these operate all over the country, so you can have as many different addresses as you need, virtually anywhere you want. These will run you about $10 a month per address plus you'll pay for package forwarding (if needed) as needed.

This is correct - just be aware that sometimes these addresses can become recycled over time

Do Pack n Ship locations (UPS Store, Mialboxes etc.) require a notarized 1583?

If so, can you simply add your stealth name to the mailbox as a second recipient?

i never mentioned anything about stealth, this would be run under genuine details.
