Uaccount returned money to paypal, now what

carrying on from this, u account said they returned the money to paypal 3 months ago (only just told me now..) but i do not see the funds in paypal, anyone else had a similar situation?

uaccount has given me a refernce number which ill use and try and contact paypal to see what can be done with it

It normally gets credited back to PayPal, but that being said it doesn’t take 3 months for that normally just a couple of weeks.

You’ll need to chase it up with PayPal using the reference number

Did you get back your money by this way? was it your real account or stealth account? i have same issue U account and i am waiting since dec 2018. My U account is under my name but paypal is stealth.

Uaccount are talking %*%* they have not returned your money to paypal. They have stole it. Simple. They blame paypal but its a load of bull. Seek legal advice if its a large amount

Yeah I got my money back into the paypal. Then paypal limited my account (Since my bank name was mismatched) and I had to wait 180 days for it

Did it automatically arrive back in your paypal or did you call up to claim it? If so what was the process? They claim to be sending £500 of mine back to paypal.
I also don't know how my or your name can come up? As with mine they have taken the money out of my account into their own to move not directly from mine?

Also how long did it take from them taking your money to it ending up in your paypal?

It took 28 days to be returned and as soon as it hit PayPal limited the account

Thanks for the reply. I will empty the accounts that could be potentially affected. A couple of strong accounts in the firing line.

uccount are claiming to of refunded the payment but paypal said they can't find it using the reference uaccount gave me... uaccount also aren't provding me an FPID which is what paypal are asking for since they'er saying they didnt send it back using faster payment..

any advice guys?

Exactly the same thing happened with me . I was waiting since Dec 2018 and they informed me 5 days ago, they return the money but PayPal cant locates any amount. I think my money is just gone although I will keep chasing for this.

I hope you update us here if you got the money and how you got it.

So it's important to keep a tab on your account withdrawal limits to avoid this situation ? otherwise UAccount is still a viable option for paypal stealth ?
