Is there anyone met the same problem as me ?

Try to make a payment by Paypal , but can`t .
When I contact paypal customer service .

First question been asked :Are you using a VPN or any kind of hosting network?
My answer is : NO
And customer service asked ：The security system is picking up that your internet provider is hiding your location and is not letting the payment through as a precaution.

Is there anyone can help with it pls
I have bought the IP burger VPN , and login normal as I did everyday .
But happened today .

EVERYONE who uses a VPN will get this at some time.

On a side note, I did find a VPN detection api (IPQS) I havent been able to beat. I'm starting to think it has a list of data center IP's or goes by IP registration. I say that because I'm only able to beat it with my VPN run on my home server.

PayPal would know you are using a VPN. There's no point lying about it. :nono:

Better to come up with a valid excuse.

I wouldn't put stock in this tool 100%. I just ran this check using a socks 5 proxy + Mulitlogin on port 41303. Fraud score returned a 0, BUT I have 100% been blocked on a particular website that disallows proxies, with the proxy I am using.

I can't think of a better way for auditing the various fraud protection techniques of websites other than BurpSpider and wireshark.
