Negative stealth PayPal due to scam buyer

I purchased a stealth eBay and PayPal . I then got a vpn and connected a bank account to the PayPal account . I sold a high price item which was a gaming pc - item was delivered and everything was fine . However this buyer has opened a case saying “ he did not receive the item “ and even though I have uploaded full tracking with Royal Mail - PayPal still decided against me ??????

Why would they favour the buyer over me in a situation like this ? I contacted eBay - who said they can not change the decision of PayPal .

Anyway the PayPal is now negative £1250 and I don’t plan on paying it back . Would you ?

I unlinked the bank account and closed it and the PayPal was fully stealth anyway . Is there anyway that they can track me to pay this ?

Why didnt you contact PayPal? If you had tracking proof that it was delivered, then I'm sure they would have listened to you..

I have been ringing them all day today . All they do is repeat the same script “ sorry sir our decision is final , please make sure you have enough funds in you’re account “
I can’t get through to anyone who is able to make a difference or wants to listen

I personally wouldn't pay it.

Providing you've followed stealth to the letter, it's extremely unlikely that you would run into any issues for non-payment... even less likely that they could ever trace you. For £12500 they might look into it; but not for £1,200- and even then it would be an uphill battle.

As long as you're happy with it on a moral level you can burn the account & move on.

What the delivery info say in the tracking:
That it has been just delivered ( left in the postbox) ? or signed by the buyer?

Sorry i'm confused. You didn't need to burn this account at all ...

You sent it with tracking right ? then by no means can the buyer claim non-receipt. It's impossible.

What does the tracking say exactly? Is there a signature on file?

Contact Paypal through Facebook as well if customer services on the phone are not deciding in your favour and just reading off a script. I find the outcome via Facebook Paypal to be different.

This doesn't sound right. If there was full tracking with signature, which I would expect for an order like that, it would be easy to appeal against. Looking at a previous thread created by you, you already have another negative PayPal stealth account due to chargebacks which you claim you would pay back in a couple of months. But seeing at how fast you dropped this recent stealth account is just suspicious and makes me wonder if you are just taking peoples money and running away, especially unlinking and closing the bank account! :suspicious:

Give PayPal the shaft with no vaseline

They need it a couple times a year at the least

why would you want to pay it back, even if they can track you?
I mean only because they say you owe them money it does not mean you owe them money.
