Defect removal
 

Obviously we want as little defects as possible

Have a defect but didnt upload tracking as i dont have time to do that for 500+ items a month

ebay are now saying if you dont upload it customer can say late even if tracking indicates otherwise

never had any issues before with this, has ebay changed policy without telling, really dont have time to do tracking for every little item and the added costs for smaller items wont be worth it

Yes, it was in one of the previous Business Sellers Release's, eBay are essentially trying to create a peusdo Amazon Prime, obviously paid for by the seller, so they can compete with Amazon. Although they are still happy with 2nd Class Signed For as a delivery option for this security and 'TRS' discounts/visibility, they are slowly pushing business sellers into free standard next day tracked delivery.

As usual its the 'smaller sellers are scum' in eBay towers motivation.

There is the 2D barcode delivery thing that Royal Mail uses now, you can enter that number in and it works ok. However, I've never managed to get that to work automatically using the Click and Drop portal.

this is crap for seller of small value items, as it will add £1.10 onto the price of everything eliminating good chunk of profit.

i read the the defects relate to either 4months or 12months, what is specification for 4 months?

It’s killed one of my accounts

Not to mention MyHermes crooked staff nicking parcels and delaying delivery
