PayPal keeps getting limited

To spread sales across different accounts I’ve been making new accounts and listing items on each . Whenever I create a new account and one of my items sells the PayPal gets limited and they ask for photo id and invoices . Each time I use a new user on the computer , fresh Vpn, and attach a new bank account.
What could be triggering this ?

The items you are selling is what is triggering it, hence the request for invoices.

I don`t think so . I have 3 account have been ask for invoice ID and explain the money from or send .
After provide all DOC , the paypal account gone .
I think now paypal not safe to do business !

Disagree if you want but it's the money being received into the account that is deemed high risk by Paypal. Whether that's specific items being sold on ebay or money being sent from another account they want to know more info.

Change what you're doing and you'll see different results.

I agree. I changed my approach and started selling low value items highest being £20 and the new PayPal is yet to get limited . I guess I have to build it up really slowly .

i would guess your selling named brand items without any history on your account, asking for trouble that
