Ebay VERO List

I am looking to list some new listings on ebay but wonder if those will not be allowed and VERO protected and worried that ebay may remove saying copyright violation unauthorised listings.

I have gone through VERO list and those companies are not there, can eb still remove those listings?

Not all brands are on the lists getting around, if others are selling the brands then that reduces your chances of getting a vero but nothing is guaranteed unless you get permission from the brand owner.
