Personal accounts first

Could I ask do you guys open personal accounts first let them mature and pass the EU limits and then upgrade to business or do you open business straight away

I always start with Personal accounts, you can build up slowly, get eBay limit increases naturally and you dont need to offer returns. It also means ylou can clear the EU limits before putting in the work on making your listings and developing the account.

I personally also feels it looks better to pass the EU limits as a private seller than it does as a business seller.

I take it you're talking about PayPal.
A personal account works just fine. You can upgrade to business later if you want to take advantage of the additional features, api etc., but not required.

You can start both as personal accounts. Should they become limited, its easier to overcome.

For EU limits, it shouldn't matter which type of account it is.

But should your account get limited on first using it, a personal account is easier to fix.

I should point that out just in case I inferred anything different.
