But how does it works if people has 6 ebay account. they dont have that much bank account . and also if the paypal account suspended in future，the bank account will be no use anymore ?

There are ways of getting bank accounts. One of them is just opening few accounts in every bank in the country :)

No really straight answer to that one but you've got to watch out for at least two things:
Selling slowly so that you do not tick PayPal off and staying below the vat threshold if you wish to use your accounts long term.
