Claim It button not working
 

Anyone else getting this , I've already withdrawn money successfully to a bank account but for the last 2 days
whenever I click on "claim it" to withdraw more it takes me to this screen :

as its a stealth account I dont want to contact them to ask whats the problem particularly .

Doesnt help , I'd already added a bank account to withdraw money from and also the money I recieved wasnt from ebay , I dont have an ebay account linked to that paypal at all . Anyone else experiencing this problem ?

I'm in the UK so dont they need an ssn ever , its a LTSB account which has already successfully recieved money . I dont think its even an issue with my account , its an issue with thier website . My account isnt limited and theyre not requesting anything from me , its just the link from " claim it " isnt working :(

I still cant withdraw my money and there's more coming in :( . I tried buying sometihng from ebay but it wouldnt let me unless I added an additional funding source , if I add a card under my own name will it a ) just use the card to pay for the ebay items and b ) link it to my old banned accounts , anyone got any ideas ?
