PayPal account

Is it a good idea to open up a PayPal account and leave it untill I get all my bank sorted etc and just let it age or is it better to just open it once I have the bank sorted it and do it all at once ?

Only reason I ask is its taking me a lot longer sorting a bank and in the mean time.i thought I'll make the account and just have it aging or is that a bad idea

I have found its better to open when you have sorted everything and then opened.
