Why do I pay ~23% fee? I am selling in beauty category, is it normal?

Okay topic can be closed or removed, I checked other items from last days and it shows ~0.50 pound, not sure why I showed 1.14 for this one and even 1.60 for other. Maybe I sold there more than one, yet it still shows sale price of one item only.
