Ebay APM Error
 

Hello,

I just created a new UK account with fresh number, I'm trying to set an automatic payment method but it won't let me.

"Sorry, we weren’t able to set up preapproved payments at this time."

I also had this last week with a different account (BGR), eBay teammates could not help me but told me to use credit card, that's something I can't do.

Has anyone had this annoying problem and know how to still use PP?

Yes it’s quite common to be honest, old glitch which still hasn’t been fixed from Ebay’s side unfortunately. As advised your best off adding a credit card for now and after some sales you should be able to add PayPal account as auto method...

Well, thanks for the info.
So there is no other way than adding a card?
My problem is that eBay won't accept my VCC, it works on PP but not with eBay..

What do you suggest me to do in such a case?

How many cards can I get if I buy the premium service?

I have a basic account and can get a new card each time i delete an old one, never had any problems adding these to ebay for fees. I still use paypal though to pay fees before they are due
