eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums

I have an eBay buying account with no Paypal I pay with a debit your card
so if I return a faulty item eBay normally says we have refunded Paypal?
I'm confused now so anyone advise

I'm thinking that ebay buying account shouldn't be so hard. Selling account however, I need to read through the forums, it's assumed that it is much more difficult i reckon.

It says that because Paypal facilitates the payment regardless of whether or not your pay with a Paypal account. The refund is processed by Paypal and goes to your card.

refund goes directly back on your card.. the paypal part is misleading
