New account wanted

Hi all,
I am looking to buy a new ebay and paypal account as my old 1 got suspended.
I sell fishing equipment that can normally be quite expensive. I would need an account with paypal eu receiving limits removed and a good selling allowance on ebay. I am happy to discuss pricing and how best to go about this with anyone who thinks they can help.

Just go to Marketplace here then press Account for sale and ask them.
