become verified

Ebay asks me to verify my paypal account before asking for selling limits increase even that I already verified it with cc from the forum (I contacted paypal and they confirmed to my that my paypal is verified by card)

is this normal?

if your PayPal is verified then connect eBay with PayPal and chat again with ebay.
