Can I use my company detail for stealth account?

Hey guys, happy to be the member of this forum! Recently my Paypal business account was banned. I'm trying to create a new stealth business account. I was wondering if I use a different name for the stealth account, can I use the same company details as the ones in the banned account? (registration number, vat, etc). Thanks in advance
