I have listed items where most of them has been removed where ebay says received a report from rights owner. I wonder if such types of items can be sold facebook/gumtree or even your own web site. Will someone have any penalities or problems if they gets reported by rights owner when selling through own web site.

Gumtree yes - removed in the same way. Its still owed by eBay as far as I know

Facebook is also monitored these days.
