Account verification from outside UK

Hello,
Need to contact ebay to unlock my account for first listing.
How do I call them from outside UK. I can't use number, I provide, because of roaming. Maybe possible to use Skype?

Maybe better to use an international roaming SIM - I would avoid Skype
