New stealth acc suspension. Is it normal?
Just created acc, made few transactions (bought cheap items).
When I want to list an item, ebay show notification, that my account was temporary suspended.
Is it normal?

Sometimes happens to fresh accs that were poorly created. Anyway, they will ask some info and there is a chance that you will be reinstated. However, that acc will be flagged so easier just to create a new one, but to do it more carefully this time.
